We are honored to be partners with Cleaning For A Reason, a non-profit which provides free house cleanings for people undergoing chemo-therapy throughout the United States.

We are looking for energetic individuals who want to make top pay for their excellent work. We are looking for motivated people who love house cleaning, are dependable, thorough, friendly, and have an eye for detail! Work closely with our trainers as they teach you how to make top pay in a few week’s time. You are in control of how much you make – the more motivated you are, the more money you’ll make.

• Service areas: ANTHEM, AVONDALE, BUCKEYE, CAREFREE, CAVE CREEK, EL MIRAGE, FOUNTAIN HILLS, GLENDALE, GOODYEAR, LITCHFIELD PARK, LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, MESA, PARADISE VALLEY, PEORIA, PHOENIX, SCOTTSDALE, SUN CITY, SUN CITY WEST, SURPRISE, TEMPE, TOLLESON, VERRADO, VISTANCIA, WADDELL, YOUNGTOWN
• Full-Time positions ONLY
• Pay: $800-$1,200 once full-time (typically 2-3 weeks, depending on how quickly you properly implement our training)
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Hard work and motivation are a MUST!

House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

Previous experience in high-level customer service is helpful but is not required.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
• Communicate frequently with the sales team to handoff communications, capture information, and encourage customer loyalty.
• Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
• Prepare detailed daily & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
• Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
• Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
• Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
• Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking skills
• Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM’s
• Highly proficient with computer skills
